I love creative activities. Writing has always been a favorite of mine. Painting is great too. One of my other favorite things to do it make a trip out to the beach to look for agates and sea shells. I never get tired of walking up and down the coast looking for little treasures. A lot of people my age think that's lame, but I don't give a fuck about what other people think. I also love riding on the back of my boyfriend's motorcycle because I don't know how to ride one myself yet. Tim (my man) said he'd teach me how to ride. I can't wait. Another thing I love to do is listen to people talk and get to interview them about their lives. People are very interesting to me.
There are many people that I would like to meet. I wouldn't mind meeting all of my dead ancestors to see where I really came from and know the events that took place to shape the lives and personalities of my family members. I would also like to meet Barbara Walters because she is always interviewing everybody important, so it would be kind of cool to interview her for a few hours. She probably has some interesting stories to tell. I also want to meet my boyfriend's late mother so that I can learn all of the things about him that he either doesn't remember or won't tell me. Another good person to talk to would be J.R. Tolkein. I would be very interested in hearing about how he was inspired to write The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit. I bet I would be able to pick his brain for many consecutive years without getting tired of it. I wonder if he would be as interesting as his books. Another writer I would be curious to meet is Kurt Vonnegut. I read a book of his called Cat's Cradle in my senior year of high school for an english class and I absolutely cannot forget it because it was so bizarre. But the most bizarre thing about the book was that it was so addicting to read and so unique. I bought another book of his called Timequake, which seems to have the same sort of style to it. I read a bit of it then had no time for a while. After picking it back up I was totally lost and realized that it was one of those books that you just have to read night after night in order not to get confused. It really keeps you thinking. I wonder what kind of person Mr. Vonnegut would be in his real life.
I am a musical omnivore. I pretty much like everything except rap, and even some of that can make it to my download list.
The unrated version of The Sweetest Thing will always be the ultimate girl movie! Aside from that, I am also a theatrical omnivore. My basic requirement is that it must have a plot or a point.
I'm obsessed with a TV show called Grey's Anatomy. For those who don't know what that is, it's a show dedicated to the interpersonal relationships of doctors (specifically residents) in a hospital in Seattle, Washington. I'm addicted to it. It gives me just enough drama and gossip so I don't have to create these things at work.
I love The Hobbit and the Lord of the Rings trilogy. I know, I'm a nerd.
Tim is my hero because he is all the things that I am not.
