After becoming one of the top amateur surfers in the world late 70's to 83, instead of going pro I stepped out and went into the surf shop business, owner and President of (FOX). After years of traveling around the world and running the surf business I sold everything and moved to Pensacola/Milton Fla (Home to the Top Gun and Blue Angel's Air Base) all my friends said I was crazy to leave a fantasy life in south Florida and move out to green acres. I bought as much land as I could, got my GC contractors license, Realtors License, along with several other licenses and went into construction, as well as commercial and residentail land development. Milton/Pensacola Emerald green Gulf water, EMPTY miles of snow white sandy beaches, big state parks, inland waterways, and rivers.
