Kaynan Kaku versus Ty Romandia (Caesar Gracie) was an intense match. It seemed that Ty wanted to strike with Kaynan, but Kaynan never gave him the chance as he would shoot in and push Ty against the cage and take him down. From there, Kaynan would use the cage effectively and land a number of strikes to Kaynan's face. There was a point where Ty attempted a heel hook on Kaynan, but Kaynan was able to spin out and establish the top position, again, pushing Ty against the cage. Ty was trying to sweep and make space to stand up, but Kaynay relentlessly threw strikes and stayed tied prohibiting Ty to work his game plan. In the second round Ty cut Kaynan with a strike; however, this was answered back as Kaynan stoop up in Ty's guard and landed several solid strikes, one which broke Ty's nose and caused the ring doctor to stop the fight.
