Longevity Boot Camp is an intense 6-week diet and exercise program designed to help you shed pounds in get in the shape of your life. Whether you are looking for a total body transformation or your are want to get in top notch physical condition - this program is for you.

During the program, we track all boot campers fat loss and muscle gain during the program using the InBody 320, a comprehensive body composition report. Using the InBody we are able to track everyone's progress and award boot campers and teams for their progress. Each team competes for the highest average percentage of fat loss. The woman with the highest percentage of fat loss is recognized as the Boot Camp Winner.
