About Me
Aloha! I have had so many different experiences it is going on 4 lifetimes within this one and is ever changing. I speak my truth and my mind. See things from many different persepectives and paradigms which is both a blessing and a curse however you want to look at it. I've learned things are not always as they seem...there are few things as touching as the look in someones eye when you have shared a kind word, some food, money or a smile. I can be really contemplative or very outgoing. I'm so grateful for my relationships that put into practice..practicing patience and compassion. There are so many things in life that are yet for me to do.I spent 2 months in Tuscon doing an internship with a Dr. of Holistic Healing. Then back to San Francisco to goto school. I love that City. I'm curretnly living in Utah. I am interested in making new friends here, expanding on my experiences and having lot's of fun in the process.It's been quite a challenging past few years. I injured my back in November 2004, and I am finishing my healing process on many levels. An injury is something you just don't comprehend until it happens. It's given me new and expanded perspective and compassion for myself and others. It's allowed me to appreciate on a deeper level, the simple things, like being able to get around, fix a meal, sit in a chair and go for a walk. Those things when your healthy you take for granted. Being proactive and listening to my body, I am learning about healing myself. It will be one of my greatest assets. I have had so many amazing people and healers come into my life during this process. I've done Physical Therapy, Natural Medicine, Scenar Therapy, Life Force, Sonic Vibration, Homeopathics, Acupunture, Network Chiropractic, Massage, Yoga, Biofeedback, and Nutritional Supplimentation, along with an amazing trip to OHI (Optimal Health Institute) in San Diego.As my back completes the healing process and get's stronger I continute to explore new areas of life. The friendships and very special people who I have been blessed to meet (again in this lifetime.) I also have had the incredible opportunity to visit and dialogue two of my spiritual teachers; Dr. David Hawkins, and Adyashanti. Taking a break now but will continue my education in the art of healing medicine, personal training, philanthropy, amoung many other endevours. Living in Hawaii will be a reality in there somewhere, when the Universe see's it's my time. I believe that everything happens for a reason, and right now this is where the Universe is providing me further experiences and a foundation for my life work.Blessings and Namaste.
