WELCOME! My name is Mark Cierra and I’m having a 25th celebration in the entertainment industry next year. I’m very excited to finally release my music to the public and to also get out there in search of management and a record deal. I have lived in Melbourne Victoria Australia all my life and love it. I have been to other places weather it be interstate or overseas, but there is no place like home. I started at the age of 5 singing and dancing while entertaining family members at parties. During My teen years I was influence by the musician talents of Michael Jackson. The quality of dance moves and sound that Jackson produced really allowed me to embrace as a music artist. For hours on end I would watch Jacksons feet and really understand what entertaining is all about. Other talented artist while growing up had also influenced me. Remember Vanilla Ice, M.C. Hammer? (ha ha ) Those guys rocked back then and they too were great entertainers. Different music from Elvis, Justin Timberlake, Rob Thomas, Bon Jovi, Michael Bubble and house music have created myself into an all round entertainer. Whilst being trained vocally from some of the best teachers in Melbourne ie - Steven Zammit, Norman Keller, Susie Ahern, I have been writing music and now I am at the stage of getting it produced. My first produced track YESTERDAY from Blue Plant Productions is an amazing sound combining rock and dance together. Please listen and let me know what you think!!!!!!I’ve had some great opportunities doing a variety of different things in my life. I had an amazing opportunity to perform in the U.S.A, which was incredible as a group of us performed at Universal Studio and Disney land. I have performed at different venues around Melbourne and even getting a chance on different TV shows to show off my talents. With a long story short it has always been my dream to be an artist with fantastic management. The best and most inspiring advice I ever got was “No matter what age you are it’s never to late, just have the right song and materialâ€. Hopefully this will also revive dreams that we all have, but say to ourselves that it’s to late.While working on original songs I have had a wonderful opportunity to open a dancing school called CIERRA DANCE STUDIO in Thomastown, Melbourne Australia, which I am very proud of. I thoroughly enjoy passing on the knowledge and skills of dance. I have a great group of teachers and we teach all styles of dance. From what I have been told I am very well known for my discipline and love getting the best out of my students. I can tell you that CIERRA DANCE STUDIO "Is where you get results". I am dynamic on stage and confident, I work well with all types of audiences young and old because I just love to perform.
