new york pros: apple/pumpkin picking, lots of history, changing colors in autumn, the waterfall in pa, the city, pizza and heros, every part of mtown smells different, old friends, tons of old stuff, snow, dunkin donuts

new york cons: most likely a person will have to drive in new jersey, the black hole of doom, snow, frozen cars, gloomy days

las vegas pros: stuff to do, tons of places to eat, delivery quiznos, beautiful sunsets, in-n-out and jack in the box, mt charleston, skyline, let it ride, and of course steph

las vegas cons: californication, lack of seasons, windy, traffic, the strip, brown, death heat/sun, slots

in addition to the regulars like beck, the distillers, and yeah yeah yeahs, i have also been gracing my ears with the likes of be your own pet, the horrorpops, the dismemberment plan, pretty girls make graves and others that i don't remember because my ipod is not directly in front of me and i have the memory capacity of a carrot.

Movies:

i'm finally excited about a movie, and it's harry potter and the half blood prince.i've come to the conclusion i would rather have tv shows on dvd than watch movies. although i will always have a place in my heart for the basketball diaries.

Television:

gilmores baby. i think i'm a fan of futurama. and by "think i'm a fan" i mean i have all of the dvds and i am counting down the days until i can see an episode i haven't seen 37 times already.

Books:

laurie notaro makes me laugh out loud. and i love peter pan.

Heroes:

freerice.com go to it and help people eat. it's a nice thing to do.
