I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I am a veteran of both the U.S. Army and U.S. Navy.
Unfortunately, while serving on the USS Range (CV-61) I had a bad introduction to a pallet of BDU-45's on a 21C weapons skid, and now have a bad back. It slows me down but does not stop me.
I am now a graduate of my local community college with a Human Services Associates in applied Sciences degree. I am now working to get my BS in Psych, otherwise known as a "BS in BS" from Ashford University.
I have lived in the following states: Indiana, Georgia, California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Hawaii. I have spent time in South Carolina, Texas, Oregon, and Tennesse. That does not include every state I have driven through over the years.
I have spent 2 years as a gradeschool child in Germany (which is also where I was born, due to being part of a military family), 1 year in Korea with the Army, and short stops in Singapore, Subic Bay, Pataya Beach, and Hong Kong while serving in the Navy onboard the USS Ranger CV-61, which has since been decomissioned.
I like to read Sci-Fi, and my favorite authors include Robert A. Heinlein, Orson Scott Card, Anne McCaffree, and many others.
There is much more to me, but that is a good start.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

People, I just like to meet people. Maybe that's why I have such an interest in Psychology and am persuing a degree in it.
