About Me

I became an instant fan of ZO2 after watching the new tv series "Z Rock" on the ifc channel . 'Z Rock' is a 10 part comedy series based on the "kinda" true story of a Brooklyn rock band who - in order to pay the bills - played kid's parties by day. Not in a long time had I come across a show this funny, not to mention genius! Because, as it turned out, not only was the show hilarious and mostly non-scripted, but the band members also play themselves! At first, I thought the guys were just actors (and good ones at that). But what caught my attention was that they could actually sing and play like a real rock band - you can't fake that! Though the guys play exaggerated versions of themselves, the crux of the story is true. And though the band no longer does kiddie shows, and now can add "thespian" to their resume, they are still working hard to pursue their dream of making it in the hard-won world of rock n' roll. These are three down-to-earth guys who are not only multi-talented, but they haven't allowed themselves to get caught up in the cliches of the typical rock n' roll lifestyle. They also truly appreciate their fans and are super focused...all this, on top of being frickin' hilarious! Simply put, to know them is to love them and I think you will too.
