I like a lot of things, where do I start? Aviation enthusiast (gezz, I even spent four years in the Air Force because I like planes!), travel is awesome and experiencing different things, and....hmm...actually friends and family are a big focus in my life.
Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of earth And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings; Sunward I've climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth Of sun-split clouds - and done a hundred things You have not dreamed of - wheeled and soared and swung High in the sunlit silence. Hov'ring there I've chased the shouting wind along, and flung My eager craft through footless halls of air. Up, up the long delirious, burning blue, I've topped the windswept heights with easy grace Where never lark, or even eagle flew - And, while with silent lifting mind I've trod The high untresspassed sanctity of space, Put out my hand and touched the face of God. ~The guy who wrote this...
Everything...from Alternative to Big Band Glenn Miller, Country to Rock, and a little bit in between. Where does German folk music come in?
Latter Days, Shawshank Redemption, The Notebook (I'm a sap sometimes, lol), Fried Green Tomatoes (it was good, okay!), Forrest Gump, The Grapes of Wrath, gezz there are so many good movies....
Don't watch a lot of da tube, but I like Law and Order, Will and Grace, Family Plots (haha, about a family running a funeral home - it is actually funny!), and a various others. Saturday morning cartoons once upon a time too.
Principles of Finanical Accounting...what a great read, huh? :-) Hmm...lets see... a recent book I read that was good, "The Five People You Meet In Heaven," basically reinforces you just don't know how various people throughout your life will impact you - eye opener! From Oedipus to Emily Dickinson I found interesting; various tastes, its all a mood thing.
So many to list. I'm inspired by those who face adversity, overcome, and became better people through their trials. However, I would like to meet Jesus...I've got a few questions.
