This is NOT the CHANGE we fought for... just the CHANCE for the OPPORTUNITY to make it so.

About Me

Many years ago I embraced the nerd within me. I have always had a passion for film, and fought to find my place within this complexed machine. Starting in sound as a Boom operator, I moved to Sound Mix, then post as an Logger than Editor. I manipulated myself into effectively working as a 2nd AD to 1st AD. Paperwork never frightened me. Recently, I have working as VIDEO ASSIST for some great features. And now, with the advent of HD, think that I have found my "working" place as a DIT. This is not to say that I will stop writing and directing. But very few people understand the importance of DIT. Your "Digital Imaging Tech" can save you a weeks worth of hours in post and ensure the correct capture and logging of your digital property. Working hand in hand with Sound mix. DIT's strength is that your digital property is already logged and named against the slate, rather than the ten digit impression log that the D2 or P2 cards create during principal photography. Your commitment and sacrifice for the better of all people will NOT be forgotten.Be true to the thought of the moment...Avoid distraction...Other than continuing to exert yourself , enter into nothing else...But, go to the extent of living single thought, by single thought...Hagakure
I am basically a lazy couch potato. My hobbies include laying on the couch with my Popsecret mixed with Doritos Nacho Cheese (ahhhhh!) and a Ginger Ale while watching movies from Netflix or or IFC Channel. I wanted to get into shape once, but there are soo many shapes to choose from; so I chose round.
I used to belong to a gym, but after awhile I realized you had to actually go there for it to be of any use. My past includes Naval Surface Warfare, Bouncer at a Gay Strip Club, A Graduate degree which opened a great opportunity to up to front desk customer service at Kinkos while daydreaming in B&O window in Beverly Hills from time to time. Now I spend countless hours in my own Private little money pit I call a business. Talking on line to people who will never be clients, nor give a shit about what I actually do. So at the end of each month I go over my short list of people who owe me money and come up with fiendish ways to kill them and dispose of the bodies. So most of conversation is spent pontificating on meaningless dribble and making fun of the people on Judge Joe Brown. Not that I do not have a few skeletons hither and thither - With a promise of Red Bull and Hot pockets, I may tell you about them.
I am moody and violent, but only when I'm sober, so you will be alright. The voices in my head have been acting up lately so it looks like the medication has to be increased. I have made notes to take care of that this weekend, so after that I'm free for that proverbial "cup of coffee". (You don't mind picking up the check, do you?)
