About Me

I love cashews, underwear that matches my outfit, people behaving oddly without knowing I'm watching, road trips, vanilla pudding, things in alphabetical order, a life that's messy, mayonnaise, de javu, Judi Dench, gritting my teeth, ridiculously hot showers, packages in the mail, a good kiss, Oprah, family heirlooms, the sound a hot frying pan makes when you put it under running water, and idiosyncratic people.I dislike Brazil nuts, corduroy, frozen chicken patties, slow internet service, shyness, low self respect, ambulance sirens, the smell of Doritos, herd mentality, those disgusting frogs that carry their eggs on their back, static electricity, people that don't take environmentalism seriously, Joan Rivers, people who say they'll keep in touch and don't, indecisiveness, hybrid SUVs that still only get 22 mpg, Tom Cruise, and racism.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Eric Fromm once said a man's main task in life is to give birth to himself, to become what he potentially is. The most important product of his effort is his own personality. That's who I'm anxious to meet. The man I will become. I enjoy the journey, but the arrival is why we take that first step and maybe, just maybe, when I get there, I'll have something to say worth repeating.View All Friends | View Blog | Add Comment
