I wanted to work in this subject, as tattoos have always been seen as a negative thing by many people. I wanted to change the way people look at them.In my work by making them bright and beautiful pieces of work. All of my paintings are one of a kind, I don’t plan them I work with the canvas and space, maybe from influences? From the day something I’ve seen or how I feel that day. All my work can be personalised, such as by adding a scroll which can have a message or a name wrote across it to make it extra personal and special. I mainly work with acrylic and canvas to get the bright bold colours I like and gold leaf to add the finishing touches.I studied for three years at art college in Derbyshire where I was influenced by many artists such as Andy Warhol , in his use of bright colours and bold prints.Carlos Schwabe inspired me in his subject he chose to paint such as ‘The death of the grave digger’ it’s a spooky subject but a beautiful, strong and powerful painting.'The death of the grave digger'Please look though my work and feel free to contact me on '[email protected]'
