About Me

...At home in his converted barn apartment in rural southern RI,Greenleaf stares out a window to his goat named 'Rosie' for wisdom and strength to navigate this crooked world. It is there the tunes arise from a collection of old instruments, girlfriends, melodies and habits.Tunes such as 'West Texas Girls' 'I'm glad he's gone' and 'End of the road' to name a few,are all honest and familiar while managing to avoid the many cliches that have sent this old folkie buying an extra brownie for the road.Refreshing indeed! - Thomas Duksta,Red Barn Productions([email protected]) co-host The Bluegrass Breakdown 90.3 WRIU Kingstown,RI. For the past five years Wilson has been playing mandolin and writing songs and instrumentals for The Rank Strangers Bluegrass Band(rankstrangers.org)check them out.
