Loosely based on some of the ideas in LIFE, PAINT PASSION by Cubley & Cassou.
No art experience needed. The focus is on free expressions, rather than on technique or expertise.
You can expect to experience:
Freedom to create without pressure to perform, produce or suceed.
Safety to express creative blocks visually and to accept imperfection. Great for reliving stress.
A time and place you can practice being in the present moment. A chance to learn to stay with whatever arises on the paper.
