Hello! My name is Shawn "D.J. BASS" Davis. I have been a Dj since 1985. I run a successful Mobile DJ service (FREQUENCIES) in and around EL PASO COUNTY. Since most DJ"s eventually want to take the love of music to the next level, I decided to start my own record label (DOUBLE BARREL RECORDS). I have been recording in my home studio since 1995. I started out recording R & B, Hip Hop and Rap as well as Rock and basic Techno and House music. My first artists were DJ B sly and AMMO A.K.A. Genie (Black Reign) My studio is small yet effective in the local hip hop and rap scene. Some groups you may know (or perhaps may not know) that have either used my services or we have collaborated with are: CALI ROUTES, ROB OUTLAW A.K.A. "THE BIG SHOW", ANNETTE "DIMPLES" RIOS, HASH LOC A.K.A "EL FILERO" DJ B SLY, PROLIFIC, 629, KILLA STAR and MIKE "EL CATRIN" MACIAS.
