Hello All!! For those of you who don't know, I am a native Texan living the Euro-life in Denmark with my Danish husband Søren. I have been here since the summer of 2005 and life is good! I was a Spanish teacher in the glorious Lone Star State, but have been trying some new stuff here. I do some private Spanish tutoring, volunteer coaching for a 13 year old boys basketball team, and worked at the Danish post office. I am currently back in school again to be a math and English teacher here in Denmark. Clearly I just didn't get enough education in the US.
I took quite an adventure this summer. We went on a 7 week trip staring in Central America: Nicaragua, Honduras, Guatemala and up to Mexico. We then took a road trip from San Fransisco down to Dallas, up to Pittsburgh, New York, DC and finally down to Miami. Just driving where the open road took us! I have included some pictures of the Griswald adventure.
