The ScatterTones would like to thank all their fans for their support last year! We had a fantastic year. Not only did we release our second album, Blink, but we also placed 3rd at the ICCA Semifinals! That is the farthest any UCLA acappella group has gone in competition! We are looking forward to another fantastic year!

We will be holding our auditions for the 2008-2009 school year during fall quarter. For more information check out our audition page .
Date/Time initial auditions will be held:
Monday, Sept. 29th, 2008, 7:00pm-11:00pm (Franz 3534)
Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, 7:00pm-11:00pm (Franz 3534)
Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2008 7:00pm-11:00pm (Franz 3534)
Callbacks will be held Thursday, Oct. 2, 2003, 7:00pm-11:00pm (Franz 3534)
**If chosen, you must attend call backs to be considered for the group.
Those who are called back will be notified of the callback location in an email.

The ScatterTones are one of UCLA's co-ed a cappella groups, founded in 2002, and have been blowing away audiences wherever they go. 15 members strong, the group performs covers of pop/rock with one unique twist - no instruments. And yet people still can't believe what they hear, with rocking soloists, vocal percussion that rivals drum machines, and intricate arrangements. From Berkeley to San Diego, the group has opened for professional groups m-pact and Sixth Wave, competed in the International Championship of College A Cappella, and entertained over 10,000 individuals over just the past three years. Wherever they go, there's a standing ovation to be found.
The ScatterTones completed their second album and released it June 5th, 2008 with the help of recording gurus Peter Hollens, Bill Hare, James Cannon, Tat Tong, Ed Boyer, and Charlie Forkish. Sample clips on this page as well as on our website
