Our mission now it has been accepted is to take you
on a journey through the medium of full on
Psychedelic Trance, searching out credible yet
accessible music from some of the scenes most
respected established producers as well as bringing
new music from untapped emerging talent.
Music is about a feeling, a symphony of textures to
absorb, experience and live. It breaths life in our very
soul and as such we feel it and live it to the very core
of our existence, hence Psy-core records. With
support from international Psychedelic Trance
Producers, established Djs' and the passion of the
Psy-core team we bring you music to enjoy and
experience whether it be in a club, festival or at home.

PsyCore records founder is Ed Tangent .
Ed has been ever present on the Uk Psychedelic
trance scene since he first fell in love with the ‘Goa'
sound in 1995. He set up the popular Manchester
Based night Global Sunrise with fellow Djs Christos
and Matt Allaby (Nano Records). Ed was soon spotted
for his ability to craft Dj sets by Promoters such as
Return To the Source, Mega Dog Festivals and has
played at some of the Uks' seminal events and venues
such as Brixton Academy, Tysson Street, The Glade
Festival, Waveform, Tribe of Frog to name a few. He
regularly takes headline slots at Parties and festivals
where he produces sets filled with technical finesse,
explosive physical energy and creative musical
intelligence, proving that Djing is a music form in its
own right . Ed has now established himself as ‘The
one to watch' and ‘ Hear' with a busy schedule seeing
him playing Worldwide. Furthermore he is being
noticed for his unique take on music by promoters and
established producers outside of the usual Psy-Trance
circles, giving him the opportunity to promote his style
of credible full on music to a wider audience. We are

of Label Manager for Psy-Core records, allowing him
