Keepsake The Movie

About Me

Janine is a young woman on her way to a new life when a freak accident strands her on a deserted highway and a call for help soon becomes a fight for survival.
Janine soon finds herself trapped in a world of torture and depravity. Imprisoned in a cellar and given only thirty days to live, Janine must contend with both the ghosts of her past and the demons of her present in an effort to survive her ordeal.
As the true nature of her situation becomes apparent, Janine realizes that she is caught in a grisly game where there is only one ultimate goal... to stay alive.

Keepsake is the third film produced by Stormcatcher Films, LLC and their largest and most ambitious project to date. Shot on film at over a dozen different locations in southwestern Virginia, the film tells the story of a young woman’s ordeal at the hands of a brutal psychopath.
Producer Scot Tanner orchestrated the twenty-four day shoot in August of 2007 and reunited many of the talented crew members from Stormcatcher Films' previous productions, with crew members coming from as far away as Los Angeles and Seattle to contribute their talents.
Overseeing a cast and crew of forty-plus people, director Paul Moore guided the production through the rigorous shooting schedule, working closely with director of photography Todd Gilpin and sound recordist Tom Beach to craft the sights and sounds of Keepsake.
