Lois V. can be only described as a Renaissance women. Her interests and passions were broad in there depth, scope and range. Her artistic abilities seemed to be limitless. During the 60..s she embroidering, sewed and even put brush to canvas. In the 70..s her interests moved to intellectual pursuits. She returned to Orange Coast College to finish her degree and she also began reading her way through the world..s literature canon. Of course, during all is, she was a mother of three and worked full time ( man...I get tried just thinking about it !) The 80..s brought the advent of the P.C. Lois was the first person I knew who owned one. Yep...Windows 3.0, 1/2 gig hard-drive and a 14k modem. She was on the cutting edge of technology. Technology allowed her an entire new creative outlet. She started a subscription Newsletter focusing on the literary genre of Time Travel. She read, watched and reviewed every time-travel piece known to man and by the late 90..s, had established herself as an national expert on the topic. However, her final and greatest passion of all was scrapbooking. This artistic expression allowed her to combine her love of history/genealogy with computer graphics in producing another passion of hers, books. Indeed, her legendary scrapbooks leave a permanent legacy of her work, her passion and her love, for future generations to come.
