I've worked for Rondor Music for the last 16 years and I'm always looking to work with young artists and songwriters by encouraging them to develop a relationship with someone who will champion their music. Most of the major labels and music publishing companies no longer focus on artist development. For me, that's the fun part of being a music publisher. Getting involved with an artist early in their career allows me to really contribute to their professional careers. There are many talented people writing songs but only a few exceptional individuals.
