My Name is Sifu Hu Lung. I am the Instructor for the Academy. I have been training in the arts for 14 years. I currently hold a 4th Higher Level Black Sash. My primary study is in Kung Fu. Kung Fu incorporates a variety of animal styles and weapons to be learned. I also teach Tai Chi. Tai Chi is a moving form of Chi Gung and helps to improve your Internal as well as your External body by directing Chi flow to specific areas to strenthen and tone the body and internal organs. I also teach JKD. JKD was invented by Bruce Lee. JKD uses only what is necessary to win in a confrontation by using simple but devastating movements.
