The Moon Riders

Minimalist Duo From Southwest of the 'Boro. Heavily influenced in blues, hard rock, and the late 80's- early 90's alternative scenes, the Moon Riders composed of Max Powers (Guitar,Vocals) and Nathan Bailey (Percussion, Vocals) are a blend of old and new. Just completed their self titled underground album. With it being coproduced by Rich Emslie.

"I love being in The Moon Riders. It's like being constricted inside this little bubble. You make with what you have and you have to make it work. I couldn't play with anybody else in this band other than Nathan. Because, we're the only one's that trust one another. There are a lot of other 2 piece bands in the underground, and a couple on the radio, but what makes this stand out to me is that it's really simple, but still it's the most difficult work I've done musically. We're so limited its pitiful, but we still have a lot to sing and play." -Max
