About Me

Brickworks Brewing Company is coming to downtown Hobart!
Brickworks Brewing Company will provide Hobart a downtown restaurant and bar with unique, high quality food and drink at very reasonable prices, served professionally in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The ambiance of this establishment combines the charm and character of a comfortable building with the bold contemporary elements of a gleaming microbrewery. You will be able to enjoy lunch, dinner, or libations while watching the beer you are drinking being produced, as our brewery operations will be displayed prominently in the glass enclosed brew house, dramatic testimony that fine ales and lagers are brewed on premises.
Our food menu will feature a proven combination of unique variations of traditional pub favorites, all of the highest quality, served with imagination, and priced competitively.
Customers will be comfortable eating at the bar or enjoying their favorite ale at an intimate corner table. The atmosphere will be comfortable, fun, innovative and "fresh" - where the staff knows your name, and is glad you are there.
We are Brickworks Brewing Company – and we’re at the front lines of the American beer revolution!
