I live on the rim and the outskirts; I stand on the fringe and on high; I watch and I listen. Sometimes I speak on what I see. More often I don't: some stories are not for me to tell. Which, come to think of it, those have probably all been done by someone else. But hey, it's a way to pass the time.

I've a very dry and sometimes perverted sense of humor. It's nearly impossible for me to take myself or life in general too seriously. But I'm also pretty good at getting the job done. Take that how you will.
I'm a writer, illustrator, sometime actor and occasional musician; I've written one book already and I'm working on getting that published while I write the next one.
Speaking of books, I read a lot. Also watch lots of movies and such. Which I suppose is covered in their respective sections elsewhere in the profile.
I've been called a ladies' man. I don't know about that. The term has mixed connotations. I tend toward a sort of liberated chivalry, if you can dig it. I certainly don't tolerate people who treat others (particularly women) poorly.
A lot has changed for me in the past year, and even more will change in the year to come. It's going to be a hell of a trip, and I'd be happy to take you all along for the ride.
