Piercings start @$40 and you MUST BE AT LEAST 16 YEARS OLD WITH AN ACCOMPANYING PARENT. MINOR MUST HAVE PICTURE ID (Drivers License, learners permit, or valid school id along with a birth certificate.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD FOR ALL TONGUE PIERCINGS... NO EXCEPTIONS.
