CHUCK

I've been playing guitar since 1978. It is my favorite thing to do (top 3 anyway). I'm currently playing in a Boston based cover band called Thomas Park. Music ranging anywhere from top 40, classic rock, R&B, funk, modern rock & really anything that may fall in between. Kind of like a kid with A.D.D. playing with a radio. I came up playing mostly metal & harder rock. I still love it. My first (real) band was a metal band called D'Yen I Vie (bad name) 1989-1992. Then Mad not Crazy was formed 1995-2000, also a metal band. I'm at a point now where I'm happy as long as I'm playing. I like versatility and playing many different things. It really doesn't matter what type of music it is. I always try to put my own spin on it anyway. You can really learn a lot musically by playing material that you normally might not listen to. Even in between projects I've always managed to keep busy with something. Either sitting in with other bands, session work whatever.
