Trampa Umana

We all met as a stroke of luck and happened to be in the right place at the right time in the right frame of mind. This was a few years ago at backyard gigs and sausage fests.David ,who was in the band Destitute, was influenced to start a side project with his then vocalist, the original Luis. These two began brain storming on the list of characters that would eventually make up Vain Attempts early stages. They enlisted the help of Johnny to play bass and Luis to play guitar, though they both had no prior knowledge of their instruments they were happy to take part.The original Luis eventually left the band and the remaining three were left to their own devices. The band began to practice early mornings at Johnnys house composing make shift songs off of impromptu chords and melodies. This is how it stayed for awhile untill the induction of Tyrone who went to school with Johnny and befriended Luis at a gig one night.The troop seemed to have found their permanent members and choose a name that told the story of their struggle to make music they all enjoyed...Vain Attempt was born.
