A lot of you have come to know me by my Latin name, “Profilus Never Updatum.†Now, behold! As the unthinkable happens! 2 years, two jobs, and countless life-changing events later… AN UPDATE!!! To those of you who don’t talk to me outside of Myspace, you may be surprised to learn that I am no longer a waiter at Bennigan’s. I now work at a PC repair company called MainBrain. But, I suppose that is skipping a bit though. While working at Bennigan’s, I also started working at Napa Auto Parts, in Millersville with my cousin Rolf. I definitely loved working with him, but the hours between both jobs were killing me; Monday through Saturday 8:30 am to midnight or later definitely hurt. While working at Bennigan’s, I waited on a group of salespeople from Saturn of Glen Burnie. After talking with them a bit, I decided that I could make the same money with them that I was making by killing myself. It turns out that, while in theory it could have worked, in reality the commissions were too low, and the floor-traffic was too infrequent. It was a fun job though, I enjoyed the people I worked with, for the most part, and learned a lot in the process. Also I sold a car to my current boss, who as I am sure you can imagine, liked me and hired me on.On the home-front, things have also changed, Valerie is pregnant again, and we should have anther bundle of joy by the end of this month (November 2007). We are excited and scared, which seems to be a theme with us, about the new one. Valerie does not want to know the sex, therefore I do not want to know, but I am really hoping for a girl. We are also starting to look for a house now, which brings us back to the excited and scared theme I mentioned. It is frustrating that we are dependent on her mother for child-care, because it severely limits our choices, but on the other hand, I am really happy that we are able to have her watch Jamie, and not have to rely on someone that we do not really know.Well, I will do my best to try to update more often, but don’t hold your breath.
