I'm a professional rodeo cowboy in the P.B.R.(Professional Bull Riders) and the C.P.R.A.(Colorado Professional Rodeo Association) I recently completed my personal training cetrification thruogh the I.S.S.A.(International Sports Science Association). I have been a "gym rat" for the last 5 years, my desire to put some muscle on my 150 pound body and fill out my 6 foot 1 inch frame was not only accomplished but turned into a love for the gym. Through hard work and determination i packed on 30 lbs. of muscle,after my wife had our second child she had a desire to return to her "before babies weight." After carefully guiding her in the gym and planning out diets she is now more in shape, stronger, and healthier than ever before. After that I decided to become a certified personal trainer and am now in the process of building a cliental. i understand the benefits of time spent in the gym and more importantly can help others understand those benefits as well as set and obtain desired goals. Whether young, old, under weight, or over weight, soccer mom or professional athlete, I offer competitive rates and a detailed weight trainig and cardio program, and detailed diets for whatever goals one may have.
