The Company I started in July, 2006 is called Stress Free Investments, LLC and specializes in (but not limited to) properties that need work, such as exterior and interior painting, kitchen and bath remodeling (floors, countertops, cabinetry, etc.), hardwood floor refinishing, electrical updating, landscaping, windows and doors, and pretty much anything else with the exception of the major problems listed below. No structural damage or termite infestation, no major plumbing problems, and no serious water or fire damage. Of course if the price is right, anything is acceptable. The company has 4 properties as of now, but looking for more. The properties must have potential to substantially increase in value after repairs and/or appreciation and be rented out easily for $500 or more per month. Single family homes, Multifamily homes, Duplexes, Condos, and Townhomes are all options. Fixer-Uppers are not the only option, anything that is selling for well below market value is of interest.
