My Interests

I am an artist and self taught seamstress. I sew on a Husqvarna sewing machine. I must admit that I have been on yet another sabbatical from sewing and ebay selling. It's hard work to do all that plus work a full time job. Hopefully some of you have seen my work and dig my scene. Cheers!

I'd like to meet:

Sprites, Faeries, Dragons, Vampyrs, Werewolves, banshees, toadstools, Elves, Young Ones, Doc Martens, flying sheep, reapers and dreegs.

Music:

Went to Bonnaroo for the first time this June. It was an amazing experience, and dirty. Got to see Porcupine Tree in Baltimore in May and I saw them again in October. The October show was one of the best yet and I am now completely obsessed with the "Fear of a Blank Planet" album. It has grown on me and when I'm feeling a little "off" I listen to it to get centered again. Been listening to mostly PT of late.

Movies:

Recently saw: Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - with one of my all time faves, Robert Downey Jr and also Val Kilmar was in it. This movie made me wheeze laugh, no lie, it was hysterical. I am recommending it.

Television:

Currently watching
Doctor Who
The Soup
Keeping Up Appearances
HEROES

Books:

7. Watership Down
8. Mrs. Frisbee and the Rats of Nimm

Down to Earth, real, honest and respectful people -- I know you all are out there!

My Blog

dark matter

Today while playing around with my satellite radio mini receiver, I stumbled upon, quite by accident, the song "Dark Matter" by Porcupine Tree. It was a breath of fresh air in an otherwise dullsville ...
