Hi! I'm a 'world citizen', originally from Toronto, Canada - made my way to British Columbia for awhile living in the rocky mountains and have been living in Santa Cruz for 10 years now. I still have a very special group of friends in BC, and also, my mom, brother David and his son, my special little nephew, Daniel, in Aurora, just outside of Toronto, but now consider myself a true Santa Cruzan!
I LOVE music - live music. In particular, I sing and play recorders. I also have a Yamaha WX5 wind controller, which is basically a synthesized version of my recorder. I am a MAJOR animal lover/advocate for - as you can probably see from my profile. I also pet sit on the side - "Cat's Critter Care". (With working full-time, I don't get to do as much of this as I would like, but I have some very special regulars.) As well as our kitties and bunny, you will see a lot of pictures on my slideshow of some of the special feathered and furry friends I have had the honor to take care of while their human's were away. They become part of my family. I wish I could have more time to do pet sitting, but appreciate what time I do have with these special creatures of God.
I feel that music can breach the borders of different cultures, and one day I hope to put on music benefits of awareness and also for people to really brainstorm and come together with their various resources to try to change the world. One step forward is better than none!

I feel very blessed to have a wonderful person to share my life with. My boyfriend, Keith Graves, truly is my best friend more and more every day. And, he's a true blue friend to all. He is also an excellent musician and has worked with many great musicians including Prairie Prince (original drummer for The Tubes and now with Todd Rundgren and The New Cars), Greg Camp of SmashMouth, Tiran Porter of the Doobie Brothers, Jerry Miller from Moby Grape, David Freiberg, Gary Duncan and Linda Imperial of Quicksilver Messenger Service, Paul Kantner, Marty Balin, Diana Mangano, Darby Gould, Chris Smith, and Donny Baldwin from Jefferson Starship and Linda & David Laflamme and Rob Espinoza of It's A Beautiful Day. He became the official bass player for Quicksilver Messenger Service while playing on the Summer of Love 40th Anniversary Tour.
