Il gruppo è formato da quattro elementi: Cesare Bertagna chitarra e voce Alessandro Tonini chitarra e voce Giorgio Corsi basso Giacomo Lore' batteriaIl repertorio musicale è dedicato al mitico gruppo inglese dei "Dire Straits" che all'inizio degli anni '80 ha fatto ingresso nel panorama musicale internazionale ottenendo un grande successo grazie al loro tipico "sound" e alla maestria del chitarrista Mark Knopfler. I brani riproposti dagli UNDERCOVER sono soprattutto quelli del primo periodo, caratterizzati dall'assenza di tastiere e imperniati sul sound delle chitarre.
