Brooklyn born Blacclyte" realized his gift for rhyme while taking classes at Penn State University. Encouraged by family and friends, he began to pursue a rhyming career, bringing a unique perspective to the relationship between lyrics and life. Subsequently, as a result of his skills, he was selected to be the opening act for The Clipse; with the Penn State super group Tweek Muzik. Blacclyte has pushed himself to a whole new level in the way he attacks his love of hip hop.
Blacclytes says his main focus is to rhyme, and in doing so he, as black lights do, exposes the unseen flaws in his rivals and peers alike. Referred to as the "Last Real Nigga Alive", Blacc feels he is the last of a dying breed because he, unlike so many people, doesnt front about who he is. Living by the mantra what you see is what you get, his lyrics are political, boisterous, and articulate something of a KRS-1 meets NOTORIOUS B.I.G.
