Give Me Back My Wig is a blues band based in Long Beach, CA. Our music is a high energy yet funky and authentic brand of blues drawing from the catalogs of artists like Muddy Waters, Howlin' Wolf, B.B. King, Albert King, and Stevie Ray Vaughan -- to name just a few. And our original blues songs hit and groove just as hard as the music of our idols. Check it out on our first studio CD, due in March 2006!
We've played as far afield as Arcadia & Pomona to the north and The Coach House, to the south. We gig selectively -- two to six shows a month, generally -- making each date a special event.
