I am Severus Snape. Potions Master and Head of Slytherin House at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Some might tell you that I'm a cold-hearted man, no soul, cruel. Hardly. My students have the benefit of a raised brow before I descend upon them. It should be sufficient, though there are those I would rather see tortured by Dementors than sitting before me in a classroom one more time.
I will not lie and tell you I'm cordial, nor easy to get along with. I rarely find conversations with anyone to be worthy of my time, and if by chance, I do...Don't push your luck.
Respect me, I will, in turn, respect you. Anger me, I will make certain you're placed somewhere you will never see the light of day again. That having been said, say what you must.
