ZHOU-MACK......
Zhou-Mack is a guitarist and a percussionist, but also a multilingual singer who speaks Lingala, Kikongo, Esperanto, English and French. From his early childhood, in his home African country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, to his arrival in Europe, Zhou-Mack hass developed an eclectic musical background thanks to diverse artistic collaborations. He then performed with talented Afro-Jazz musicians such as Chico Freeman, Archie Shepp, Ravy Magnifique, Jean Philippe Daryl, and Orlando Poleo. Further to this creative experience, he work together with a group of 5 musicians named "La Fève" in Corbeil-Essonnes, France. During 5 years, they Have combined Northern and Southern rythms to create a colourful reggae based on Funk, Jazz Rock and strong "afro" influences. The result of this fusion of musicial styles is to be enjoyed in the album: "International Love". Zhou-Mack is now leading his own band to work on a second album, the first step to a future International Tour. Advertissement organized by Jacques Malayu, director of the A.J.C., is in progress in Africa.

Zhou Mack est un chanteur, guitariste, percussionniste, parlant couramment l’Espéranto, originaire d’Afrique (République démocratique du Congo) au parcours musical éclectique, jalonné de nombreuses rencontres à travers le monde. Il s’associe entre autre à Chicco Freeman, Archie Shepp,Ravy Magnifique, Jean Philippe Daryl, et Orlando Poléo avec lesquels il part vers des horizons musicaux afro-jazz.
Après cette expérience riche en créativité il fait la rencontre d’un groupe de cinq musiciens atypiques, nommé « La Fève ». Pendant plus de 5 ans, ensemble, ils ont créés un Reggae qui semble venir de sous l’équateur, aux fusions Funk/Jazz/Rock puissantes…
Aujourd'hui Zhou-Mack a sa propre formation et prépare son second album ainsi que sa future tournée international, sa promotion africaine étant d’ores et déjà assurée par l’association A.J.C., présidée par Jacques Mayalu
