For anyone deciding to write me; please be patient because for some reason I am getting a lot of mail lately and haven't the time to respond to everyone right away. However, I truly appreciate the attention!
Just a regular dame who grew up resenting most of the daft populous around me. For some reason, no one has any clue what's proper anymore. I still enjoy it when someone opens the door for me; makes me feel nice. I also enjoy it when people spend obscene amounts of money on me. ;) My main interests when it comes to this site are the fabulous '50s and the people in them. I have concluded that the music, icons, and clothing were the best parts of the decade so I try to see my way towards those.
You may notice some of my pictures are me in stockings. Well I am told I have nice legs and it would be rude not to share. I may not have the gorgeous pinup shots like the others but I think I can hold my own. Shame on you pantyhose crowd too; when will you learn? Stockings are sexy, just ask my girlfriend...and boyfriend.
In other news, I am no longer quite so new to this place! Thanks to all for the warm welcome and no thanks to the buggers that seem to enjoy deleting friends. It's a funny thing the "friend" space; it's almost a contest of sorts. Admittedly, I fell for it as well but I am happy to meet new pals.
I have more to fill out with things going on in my life but I suppose the blog thing is for that. Basically, I live near Manchester and have a nice job at a musuem restoring the collections. Occasionally, I get sent to fantastic places all over the globe so I can sit in hotel rooms and watch the tele most the time.
Some of you may be asking, "Veronica, where have you gone lately?" Fine question, and here's my answer:
- I am still recovering from the New Year and holiday festivities but did manage to go out to see some castles in Conwy and the Snowdonia area in Wales
- Stopped down under in Perth to see some mates in November. Somehow I managed to avoid the sun entirely.
- There were talks of me going to the middle East but that was scrapped due to obvious reasons
- Early last year, I made it to Italy for a good 2 weeks and actually spent some time outside! Fantastic place and I always love going back.
On for this year is a trip across the pond to Los Angeles and perhaps New York and Chicago. I may be able to meet up with some of my new friends from myspace; I am excited about that.
You should also stop by my former uni if you're ever in the area; they have a nice collection if you're into beautiful things.

Thanks for looking, expect all this stuff to change at any time. I plan on pinching a few ideas/poses from my new friends (a tidy lot I may add). I have some to learn, is there a uni for pinup? haha
