Well I guess I don't like the bleedin' obvious - I always wanna be out of step with any fashion (not difficult)and I guess I'm outta time - when I was a kid ('60's) I listened to my parents 1930's / 40's Jazz / Blues 78's, in the early '70's I wanted to be a Teddy Boy, in the mid-70's a hippy (just in time for Punk)...I'm fairly creative - got a lot of old paintings from art school 20 years ago I don't really show anyone - maybe I should put some up here - they're not too bad really....I got about 10,000 vinyl albums...used to have more, but was worried about the floor going through and killing the people in the flat below......I DJ a bit - reggae, psychedelic, new wave, skiffle, but I really loath that whole 'cult of the DJ' bullshit.......I'm in 3 Kinetic bands..Sawdust Caesars have been together over 10 years with a coupla singles out - we are acid-punks (whatever that is )- John Peel was fairly enthusiastic about us, so at least I can die happy.....Fuzz Against Junk have been together 6 or so years with 3 x 7" singles and a coupla albums - I dunno what you'd call us.....kinda psychedelic punk folk jazz or something (I HATE (a big word!) genres)...have a look in 'my friends' to find the myspace site and see what you think....Played ATP Dec 2007 ..good fun !Paducah have been together around 3 years - and are an acoustic / folk / sitar / flute / jazz set up, but we don't sound like any of that sort of thing - we played the ICA 13th April 2007 and people seemed to like it.....
