About Me

*Work in progress... :) Now isn't that the truth..haha. I'm 24 years old working for the man in Germany. I am an Air Traffic Controller in USAF, which is great. I can't wait to leave Spangdahlem, I've been here entirely too long. I will get my wish in January, and can't wait! I am married to the only guy who could put up with me. We have a huge life change coming our way that is absolutely amazing and we couldn't be happier. For now, I am all by myself while Steve does his time in Iraq. Thank goodness it's practically September already! :) I'm a pretty honest person, which gets me in trouble because I won't sugarcoat anything to make anyone feel better. I speak my mind and have my opinions that are firm. I don't trust many and once you lose my trust or respect, you won't get it back. I go for quality not quantity in most aspects of life. I love to kick back, sleep is probably my favorite thing in the world, that and Steve's salsa :) I love to laugh, and try to do it as often as possible. That's pretty much all I have for now...it's so weird writing about yourself...

Movies:

Hmm...love movies. Nothing better than sitting on the couch watching a new release on Tuesday. I can't name a favorite...

Television:

AFN sucks. It's all about getting seasons on DVD. I'm perpetually behind on everything! I love Nip/Tuck, Grey's Anatomy, Scrubs, Six Feet Under, OZ, any HBO series really, the old school Dawson's Creek, Gilmore Girls, and of course...Laguna Beach!

Books:

The PFE....lol! Other than that I don't read too much unless I'm travelling or out of control bored.

Heroes:

Generally speaking..a true friend. Not those shady folks, but that person who you know you can count on no matter what, not just in theory but truly are there. The person that will give up whatever it is they are doing to be there for you, and never mention it. True friends are heroes....and an extreme rarity. I'm lucky enough to have a couple of these folks here, they know who they are, they are my true heroes.
