We are supporters of the almighty SPiT LiKE THiS. We partake in spreading the good word and would love for you to join us. So, kick off your shoes and make yourself at home.
We believe that SPiT LiKE THiS is much more than just a band. It’s a kind of attitude; a movement; a breath of fresh air in a world of censorship and bad taste.

Stage 1: Take the initial step by adding the banner below to your page and/or putting SLT in your top friends.
Stage 2: The 13 track, full-length album, "WE WON'T HURT YOU (BUT WE WON'T GO AWAY)" is available now. You can purchase it from HMV.COM , AMAZON.CO.UK and PLAY.COM . Or, if you prefer, you should be able to find it in one of 150 HMV stores nationwide and a few other highstreet retailers. Meanwhile, you can enjoy some of the new tracks over on the SLT page and even add one to your profile, if you feel that way inclined.
Stage 3: Get beaten up for liking something different. Tell everyone about your new favourite band. One way of doing this is to obtain some stickers and put them somewhere cool or hand them out to people.
Stage 4: Grab some mates and get yourselves down to a SLT gig for an unforgettable show. Do it.
Stage 5: This one isn’t for the faint hearted… Get inked. However, there’s quite a few of you out there branded with some impressive tattoos.
Stage 6: Not sure what comes next – this is as far as anyone has ventured! Let us know if you find out!
