Pairing the basics of great songwriting and fearless in-studio experimentation, Cody Bender’s sure-to-impress project is backed by the kind of great musicality and instinct known by seasoned music veterans.Reflecting back on the decision to call Nashville based producer Scott Lenox in for his contribution as co-producer for the project Bender says, “We never had any preconceived notions of what we wanted the songs to sound like. We just let them produce and evolve.â€Originally hailing from Dallas, TX, Bender made the move to Nashville in 1998 in the pursuit of perfecting not only his artistic capabilities, but his live performances as well. After years of polishing his live sound playing bars, clubs and any venue that would book him, Bender's efforts have paid off as the energy and connection he has with an audience is undeniable and the thrill of captivating the attention of a new listener is obvious.It’s been two years of writing and recording and Cody is ready to bring the Bender brand to life.
