I am married to a wonderful woman who is a blessing in my life...I'm from Denison Texas, my favorite albums of all time are Judas Priest/Screaming For Vengeance and Ozzy's/Diary Of A Madman. I knew I wanted to play music after I saw Kiss in Amarillo, Tx, when I was in third grade. My favorite concert was Ozzy with Randy Rhoads.
I came to know Christ after a paralyzing and near fatal car wreck in 1991.
For several years I had told Pastor Wooten I would see her in church Sunday. but never went. After being lost and in bondage to addiction...I had 2 more beautiful children. I realized I wanted change in our life so I went directly
to Pastor Wooten's house, not knowing exactly what I was going to do...or how. I just knew that I wanted myself and my 2 youngest children out of that environment. My older children were safely with their families. Loretta prayed with me right there in her kitchen, I asked Christ into my life as Lord and Saviour. It was powerful! I "knew" I had made contact with the Lord. This time when I said "see you in church Sunday"...I meant it! The kids & I were there that Sunday. We joined the church and I immediately got baptized. I've learned a lot in these years of being a Christian. The Battle had just begun when I got saved. Being a Christian is knowing which side you're on in the war. I will keep fighting the "good fight" of Faith...Forever.
