My name is Kerry Helton. about six months ago i didnt know who that person was. i had heard things about him and knew that he was a good guy, but he wasnt the man i looked at in the mirror every morning. to be honest i dont know who that man was, and i dont care to know. people spend years of their lives "searching for themselves", waisting valuble time that could have been spent with the people they love; all the while that person is not searching, infact they are doing the exact opposite, they're avoiding themselves and those people by preoccuping themselves with the inconsiquential; that which does not matter. you cant take back the time that you waste no matter how hard you try, but you can make a change. i am a lucky man. when i was surrounded by darkness, people who loved me saw me through to the light, with out those people in my life i would not be here right now. my heart goes out to those people who held up my head.
