About Me
Born, raised and miseducated in North Vancouver BC. Discovered HXC back in '89 when I saw Agnostic Front and Sick of it All on the POWERHOUR - went out and bought Liberty and Justice For... & Blood, Sweat & No Tears at Track Records the next day, and all of the bands on their thanx lists over the next few months. On my 19th birthday I bought $100 worth of beer to go party with about 40 of my closest friends - before I opened a single one, decided to screw it and became SXE that day. About a week later, I decided to go vegetarian. I got my first SG at 21 and joined my first HXC band, LEGION with the guys from Strain and Capone. Next up came DISSENT - a band I played guitar in for the next 10 years. During that time I also rocked out with BURDEN, STREET JUSTICE, DOMESTIC ASSAULT, WRECKIN' BALL, UNITED BLOOD, TOXIC SHOCK! and now I currently have an insane band called ICE COLD - check us out if you get a chance. I guess you could say I've been addicted to HXC for many years now - I even drove 22 hours straight once to see INTEGRITY in LA. Other than that, I'm a learning assistance teacher back in the old hood, having a sweet time working with the kids. Cool places I've been to include: every province in Canada, the US west coast & Florida, Hawaii, Mexico, Scotland, England, Wales, Germany, France, Italy and Japan. I've also been known to throw huge ass house parties, get my nerd on playing DUNGEONS & DRAGONS with my fantasy crew the EAST VANTASY ALLSTARS, organize mindblowing Survivor contests, make ZOMBIE movies and tons of other ridiculous stuff - when it comes to having a good time, you can always count on me to be the one to take it waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too far. ..
