If it has been a week from your last gig and your ear still has a ringing as good as the day your got it pay a visit to your GP. Even if there is only slight improvement it is still advised to pay a visit for any future gigs you attend.
When reading about Tinnitus on the internet things seem scary with big words and such. Trust me it’s not, it’s harmless. There are many things that can be done for Tinnitus sufferers you just have to find the best treatment for you.
So far yes there is no treatment that you can be sure will cure you. But big steps are being made by scientists and we have been told to expect a form of help within the next twenty years that may not cure Tinnitus but will have a massive impact on it.

This MySpace has been set up for younger sufferers who are fed up with all this scary information about Tinnitus that they can do without thank you. It is also not against music and gigs so bands/artists have nothing to fear. I am in no way working with the official UK Tinnitus group.
