That was a great idea... until we tried it.

About Me

Ok. So here's me in a nice little paragraph. That's a pretty sweet paragraph you might say. Anyway, I'm a sold out Christian and love my Jesus. More often than not that gets me into trouble in this world but I don't care anymore. Bring on the adversaries, who can look Jesus in the eye and deny Him in His perfect Love? There's a battle for the hearts and souls of the people on this Earth and I'm on the winning side. I have four passions in my life. My God, my girl, my guitar, and my game. I've explained my infatuation with Jesus already so I'll get to the other three. I actually don't have a girl yet but I'm believing for "the one" praise Jesus. My guitars have been another love in my life. I play a Randy Rhoads flying V "Wing-Zero" (blue), a Fender acoustic/electric "Angela" (not so blue, more of a wood color), and a Lucero classical acoustic/electric "unamed" (black). They help me express who I am and provide a sanctuary when I feel down. I've gotten pretty darn good after four years of playing and I'm improving. I sing too and write my own stuff and am I'm excited to see how God's going to use those talents through me. And finally my game. Soccer. Basically the best sport in the world even though us Americans think otherwise. Umm think I covered everything... no wait. I'm a Ninja, totally forgot.Peace out? Ninja please.

My Interests

Jesus, Guitar, Ninjas, you name it...
Classical stole my heart.

Urban Ninja!!

I'd like to meet:

Jesus!! I mean we talk all the time and stuff but I'd like to see Him face to Face, you know.I'd also like to meet Scott Parker on Newcastle and Thierry Henry on Arsenal.

Favorite Verses
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.(Phil.4:13)

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.(2Tim.1:7)

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will gaurd you hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.(Phil.4:6,7)

He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.(Rev.3:12)

Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that word by stretching out Your hand to heal, and the signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy Servant Jesus. And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled tofether was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. (Acts4:29-31)

Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. (Mark11:24)

Music:

I really enjoy all forms of music but I like I like Rock and Jazz the most. But Christian bands are incredible. In a world that turns rejects God and promotes secularnessism (yeah it's a word.) these guys stand for what's right.

My influences from singing comes from:
Chris Cornel (Soundgarden, Audioslave)
Van Morrison
Peter Cetera (Chicago)
Pete Loffer (Chevelle)
Frank Sinatra
Jack Johnson

My influences from guitar comes from:
Christopher Harold (Fusion Youth)
Travis Graham (New Heights)
Jack Johnson
John Shepherd

Some cool bands:
Reliant K
Skillet
Thousand Foot Krutch
Audio Adrenaline
New Heights
Roms and Resumes
**Jacob and the Rockets**
Kiros
The Presidents of the United States

Franz Ferdinand
Chicago
Audioslave
Chevelle
Finch
Jack Johnson
Frank Sinatra
Golden Earring
and a bunch of others that I'm just too lazy to type...

Movies:

Monty Python and the Holy Grail. Nuf said. Oh shoot. Madagascar is up there too, King Julian (a lemur) is the best in that movie. The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe was good. Almost had me in tears but I didn't cry cause Men don't cry. (Sometimes I'm too sarcastic). I was very impressed with Over the Hedge. Alright now into the some more good ones without my crazy audits. Casablanca, Psycho, Singing in the Rain, I am Sam, The Princess Bride, Emperor's New Groove, Pirates of the Carribean, Princess Mononoke, Metropolis, I'll add more when I remember em.

Television:

FSC c'mon you know. The Fox Soccer Channel. English Premiere League is my favourite. Go Newcastle!! Naruto is a great anime. Definitely brings out the Ninja in me. But you have to watch in Japanese with English subtitles of course.

Books:

You know!!! The Bible!!!

Heroes:

Jesus: The greatest impact on my life was when I gave my heart to Jesus. He loves all of us so much, with a love we can't define and a lot of people miss that. When I'm down and out he's there to pick me up. When I'm feeling on top of the world He's beaming there with me. He will always acccept you no matter what you've done in the past. He died on the cross for a reason and that was for our sins. The only step left is for you to invite Jesus into your heart. 100% Satisfaction Garunteed or your soul back!!!
Chris Harold: Although he may be unaware to this he's the one who led me to Jesus. Chris did that by just being a cool guy, and up front and real with everything regaurdless of who was watching. It was his character that I saw and all I wanted to do was to be like him. He also taught me a thing or two about guitar. Oh and he baptized me this summer. Man that was so amazing.
