Brazen Muse Entertainment

I have been, for the past several years, working with one particular family of artists: The Temple Dynasty (check my friends!) but I also am comin' wit'da new flava for 2008...check back here and you will find my new Brazen Muse family members as I add them on...there are several, and I think you will all be impressed. Back in the day, a young man and I met on a dance floor...groovin to some P-Funk. Yeah...he could sing. And that was cool...but we hadn't seen each other for over 20 years when we ran across each other in 2003. We picked up the old friendship like it had never ended, talking about music and laughing, sipping on a nice 20 yr old port, catching up on news and all that stuff. In the course of one of those conversations, he asked if I wanted to hear some music he'd done in the 90s. I said, "sure." But u know, in my mind I was hoping it didn't sound awful and I didn't have to just be nice and run from the room with my ears bleeding... Imagine my face when a song I had loved from the first time I heard it nearly 10 years earlier came out of my speakers??!!! "Love's Masquerade" by 280 West Featuring Diamond Temple. I asked him right then what he was doing...he wasn't recording, wasn't doin' a thing. The business had aggravated him and he had a family to raise. We talked about it over the next couple of months. All that talking led him back to his brother's (Rob Da Noize Temple) studio first and then back into partnership with Mark Mendoza (www.myspace.com/markmendoza280west) and brought you all the wonderful song you know as "Fly" by 280 West featuring Diamond Temple... All that talking also led me into the work of artist management, which I love with a passion. I cannot begin to tell you what it is like to help the artists I work with bring you their visions...listening to them in the studio, driving around at who knows what o'clock at night, workin' on puttin' shows together...but it's a joy and I love every bit of it.As we've worked, we've been blessed...we've made friends and gathered a family...people who have become part of our family, offering their love, their time and their skills to help the Brazen Muse Entertainment family grow...and my many thanks to all of them.
